Our Cross-Training classes meet YOU where you're at while progressively building your skills, muscles, cardio, and confidence! Remember, growth comes with consistency. Classes are challenging and fun, but also not a single dose miracle pill.
We use the methodology of constantly varied functional movements, executed at high intensity. You will perform elements which include weightlifting, mono-structural cardio, and gymnastic movements, such as a pull-up.
Do you know how to train for an obstacle race? Google it! You'll find tons of running, bootcamp, Hiit, 8 week programs, even crawl training. All good programs I'll assume? But here's the thing, not one of those programs puts you on a single obstacle. Well, we're that missing link. We have the obstacles, and you'll definitely be on them- learning obstacle techniques, building functional strength, even confronting those fears you may have.
Come ready to lift, run, row, climb, swing, hoist, jump, balance, traverse, etc... you know, obstacle race stuff.
